At PT Farm, all of our beef, pork and lamb come from animals raised locally. When our farm is unable to produce enough to fill our demand, we then rely on a select group of local farmers. The animals are raised without the use of hormone implants or antibiotics, improving their tenderness, while allowing them to live a more natural, humane life.

Premium Beef

Premium Grain Finished Beef Sides
Price is based on hanging pound of beef. The entire side is yours, and the price includes cutting, wrapping, and freezing of the beef to your specifications. Generally these sides weigh about 350 pounds and yield about 60%, depending on how you have us process it.

Premium Beef Quarters
These are exactly one quarter of a beef. They are raised the same way to the standard of quality that you would find in our sides of beef. Quarters are pre-cut at our plant. In each quarter you would find what most people consider to be the best steaks and roasts. There is also some beef for stew, and the remainder of the trim is in ground beef. Steaks are packaged 2 per pack, and the roasts are about 3-4 pounds each. The price of our quarters is per pound of retail weight.

Premium Pork

This meat comes from hogs raised either by us or by a small group of local farmers. They are almost entirely grain fed, and like our beef they are given nothing artificial to enhance weight gain or increase feed efficiency. All sides are cut, wrapped and frozen. Smoked meat would be an additional cost.

Roaster Pigs
Roaster pigs range in sizes from 80 to 200 pounds. A general rule of thumb is to allow 1.25 pounds of meat per person.
